Mission Statement
Federal Employee Benefits Advisors was established to support federal agencies and individuals to achieve their career, benefits, retirement, financial literacy, and educational goals. We accomplish this by conducting training in career development, financial literacy, and benefit workshops and seminars that have been customized for the federal government's organizational needs. In addition to the workshops and seminars, we offer Personalized Federal Benefit Analysis to organizations' employees on an individual basis.

Jewell Willis
Jewell has over 30 years experience as an international speaker, trainer, and manager. As a federal employee benefits specialist, Jewell has provided professional retirement and benefits counseling to over 2,500 federal employees. Jewell holds a comprehensive understanding of the federal retirement system, she combines that understanding with her extensive knowledge and skills in financial planning to help you, the federal employee, make a sound retirement decision. feba@jewellwillis.com

Donna Howard
Donna is the Benefit Advisor for our North Carolina office. She has over 38 years of combined finance experience. She is a licensed Securities Agent, Life and Health Insurance Agent, and has been a federal employee benefits advisor for 7 years. donnahoward4321@gmail.com

La’Trice Harris
La’Trice is our seasoned Executive Administrative Assistant. She began her career in telecommunications with an enlistment in the United States Army, followed by 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, and administrative duties. La’Trice handles all client service matters and is the friendly voice that will most likely greet you when you call the FEBA offices!
